  • Award winning multivitamin

Omnimin® is a very comprehensive multivitamin - with all 28 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other essential nutrients.

Omnimin® has been voted Best New Health & Nutrition Product (best new health food product). The award ceremony took place at the Natural Product Scandinavia event in 2013; this is Scandinavia's leading international business exhibition for natural products, health food, natural beauty and organic products.  Omnimin® has also won the award for the Year's Vitamin at the Danish Health & Science Awards 2018.

    New color and fewer auxiliaries

Omnimin® has been optimized and as one of the first companies in Europe, we can now offer a new natural tablet coating. This means that technical aids like titanium dioxide are no longer necessary. The color of the tablets is therefore a pale yellow, due to the fact that it is based on natural dyes from safflower and lemon.

Some of the other changes include chromium and selenium, which now contain respectively 150 μg (before 125 μg) and 160 μg (before 125 μg) per two tablets. The content of Vitamin B6 has also been changed to 14 mg (before 12 mg) and molybdenum to 100 μg (before 25 μg) per two tablets. Copper and manganese, on the other hand, are reduced a little. It should also be emphasized that the source of calcium is now only from a plant-based source (algae).

With phospholipid blend for efficient use

Omnimin® contains a phospholipid blend. Phospholipids are important components of the body's cell membranes, and they contribute specifically to the efficient use of the fat-soluble nutrients in Omnimin®.

    Activated Vitamin B

As mentioned, a great emphasis is set on optimizing the body’s use of nutrients in our products. In Omnimin® this is reflected in the fact that activated B vitamins are used. The activated forms of the B vitamins are used in order to ensure effective use in the body. For example: in the case of  vitamin B12, the most commonly used form, Cyanocobalamin, is converted in the liver to Methylcobalamin before it is absorbed. In Omnimin® we utilize pure Methylcobalamin and so the vitamin is readily absorbable and does not require conversion by the body. As a source of folic acid, we use the activated form, Methylfolate. It also includes the activated forms of Niacin and Pantothenic acid.

    The Sunshine-vitamin

Omnimin has a high content of natural vitamin D3, as much as 20 micrograms per daily dosage of 2 tablets. Our vitamin D3 is made by utilizing the same process that takes place in the skin when we subjected to the sun’s rays. In some countries it is only possible to produce vitamin D in the skin during the summer, and this ability to produce vitamin D from sunlight decreases in general with age. The relevant health authorities continuously emphasize the fact, that the majority of all Europeans get too little vitamin D through their diet and exposure to sunlight, and hence supplementation is encouraged officially.

Vitamin E in the natural form

The natural form of vitamin E (d-α-tocopherol) is used, rather than the synthetic variety (dl-α-tocopherol), since the natural form is preferred and best absorbed by the body.

Vitamin A from a vegan source

Retinol is the most effective and the biologically active form of vitamin A. Retinol is also the most commonly used form of vitamin A supplements, and often this Retinol is of animal origin. It is important to note that the applied Retinol in Omnimin is from non-animal source, which is confirmed by our registration with the Vegetarian Society.

    Choline and Inositol

Choline, and Inositol are two essential nutrients that are often grouped with the B vitamins. Choline, and Inositol is present in the body in particular within the so-called phospholipids, which are complex polyunsaturated fatty acids. Phospholipids are important building blocks of cell membranes and are thus essential for cell function in practically every body tissue and organs.

    Both K1 and vitamin K2

Omnimin is one of the few multivitamin on the market that contains a powerful combination of both K1 and vitamin K2. Vitamin K1 is found especially in the dark green vegetables and has a short bioavailability, the “lifetime” within the body. Vitamin K2, which occurs only in minimal quantity in the western diet on the other hand has a considerably longer bioavailability within the body. It provides a more stable level of vitamin K in the body.

    Plant-based calcium

In Omnimin we use plant-based calcium source from Lithothamnium calcareum algae.

    Deliberately without herbs

Omnimin does not contain herbs as herbs do simply not belong in a vitamin-mineral product. Herbs have many positive mechanisms of action. However, herbs are intended to be consumed in a short period of time only, i.e. an intake of Echinacea in periods (weeks) during the winter. However, since vitamins and minerals should be consumed every day throughout life, it is not appropriate that the herbs be included in your daily multivitamin.
